CHALLENGE

Autodesk has a global presence serving millions of customers every year with high quality software products and services for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, education, and entertainment industries. As an intern on the ecommerce team, our challenge is to provide an incredible and streamlined purchasing experience for our direct customers. More specifically, my role was to identity areas for improvement within the purchasing experience and lead research efforts around determining the validity of a new purchasing feature within the Autodesk website.

SOLUTION

To address this challenge, I led two simultaneous projects: “Self Service Sales Quote,” and “Global B2B Payment Research.” With both projects, I relied heavily on my product vision, strategy,and discovery efforts to make recommendations to our team and strive for continual product improvements within the consumer purchasing experience.
